Shipping policy

We currently utilize USPS services for shipping and delivery. Depending on rates and market prices, we may use other carriers. Processing times do not include the days it takes the carrier to deliver your products. Please use provided shipment information (ex. tracking number) to investigate the date your order is to be delivered. Please review before submitting your purchase that your mailing address and contact information are complete and correct. If you find that you have provided that information in error, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may correct this information on our end.   Once products are mailed out from our business, we are no longer responsible for delivery, as that service has been relayed to the responsibility of the carrier. However, we do maintain the practice to ship as early as possible after an order has been fulfilled, in our strive to provide exceptional business to our customers. We appreciate your business and support! 

Unfortunately, we are not shipping to nations and territories outside of the U.S. This service may be initiated in the future.
