What services do you provide?

We sell art prints from original paintings (offer coming soon). We currently accept commissions. 

We also formulate and produce beauty products from scratch. 

In the future, we hope to provide commissioned soap and cosmetics favors for events and custom art/photo embedded soaps. 

Our Products

Which products are vegan?

Most products are vegan, except our balms (lip, beard) and salves usually contain beeswax. Other waxes used in our products are plant-derived. All our products are tested on humans.

Why is there sodium hydroxide listed in your ingredients for soap products?

Sodium hydroxide is required to saponify oils to make soap. Water helps facilitate this process. After 24 to 48 hours, there is no sodium hydroxide in the final product and soap is safe to use. We cure our soap for a minimum of 4 weeks in order to provide an even longer lasting and hardened soap bar. We list sodium hydroxide in our ingredients for educational purposes.

What is the white film on my soap?

This is soda ash (sodium carbonate). It is formed when sodium hydroxide in the soap batter reacts with carbon dioxide in the air during the soap making process. It is purely cosmetic and does not affect the quality or safe use of the soap. Can steam off the ash. Few uses of the soap will also cause this ash to disappear.

Can your products be used on the face or on sensitive skin?

Everyone's skin is different. If our soap causes your face to dry out with first use, please discontinue. Message us to find better alternatives. We are currently working on soap for more sensitive skin types. You may also follow up with our original body butter to hydrate skin. We recommend avoiding soap products that contain essential oils/fragrance. Overall, please patch test all our products before routine use. 

What is the shelf life of your products?

The average shelf life of our products from when you receive them between 6-12 months. Some products may have vitamin E to extend shelf life, and preservative to keep microbes away. Keep our products in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Keep products with lids sealed when not in use. Utilize soap savers and allow soap bars to dry between uses. 

The product(s) I were looking to purchase are out of stock. How long is the wait?

We're sorry about that. Things go by fast here. Handmade soaps typically come back in stock in about 5 weeks. We have to wait for the soaps to cure and quality test them before sales. 

Other products such as body butters, lip balms etc. restock in 3 to 4 weeks. 

Perfumes restock in about a week. 

Shipping

How do I track my order?

We will send a tracking number by email once we have created a shipping label. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

I still have not received my order. What should I do?
USPS may  prematurely mark an order as delivered, while it may be in transit. Allow for 24 to 48 hours for this information to refresh. If you live in an apartment complex or similar residence, check if there is a main office that receives package on your behalf. You may also contact your local postal office for further assistance. 
How are your shipping costs calculated?

Shipping is currently free to the customer. The cost of shipping is determined by the estimated weight of the total package. We primarily use bubble mailers to ship. The distance the package is traveling, and the shipping option you select at checkout are also factored in. The shipping costs as rates vary depending on the market and this may affect prices at check from sale to sale. If there is an active shipping promotion for an item that is an exception, check the header at the top of the homepage, which shows conditions to have shipping waived.
