Refund policy

All sales are final, with no exceptions. Please carefully read all product descriptions, ingredients, size dimensions etc. before making a purchase. If you have any questions regarding a product, please reach out to us proactively. We will not accept exchanges after a sale.

Refunds will be to the discretion of Sylvia’s Artistry and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Please remember it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Contact us no more than 3 days after delivery, if an item is defective, or if you receive the wrong product so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If an item is out of stock, we will issue a one-time discount on the price of such item, or the cost will be refunded directly to the customer.
